Word has just got to us that Clutter magazine has just called out for nominations for their Designer Toy awards. We are extremely excited to see our Patch, Seb and Rowly has already received a nomination in their best plush catorgary. We have also been nominated for best customiser!! But it’s only just begun. Voting will commence in a few weeks and we will be calling on our followers for help. You can start by registering @ http://designertoyawards.com/user/register to allow you to vote in the coming weeks a head. Thank you in advance. It’s great to be amongst such great talent already.
We were asked to take part in Alittlestranger’s 3rd year birthday celebrations of their successful plushy Cavey. Holly sent us over one of her new cavey vinyl toys to customise. Here’s some work in progress shots of our piece, spud.
It seems like yesterday that I returned from Beacon, NY and the Clutter crew (wait was it yesterday?). I had an amazing week with my clutter family… also got some awesome cupcakes from North Brooklyn Eats on a pretty steady basis. I could eat all the cupcakes… sigh…
ANYWAY, back in the studio and busily uploading and going through some more great photos from the event. I might even post a couple more next week as new images emerge.
Thank you again to all the artists, all those that kept the gallery hoping all night and to “Da Wicka” for shooting kick-ass photos - http://johnwickerphotography.com
The exhibit is open until May 4th! Stop on by the gallery, 163 main street in Beacon. If you can only make it over during the weekend, send an email to the clutter crew and they can set up a time to give you a viewing. If you are out of town or country check out the online shop. Everything is up for purchase now: https://shop.cluttermagazine.com/gallery/241
